Richard has spent a great deal of his professional life in the customer service and hospitality industry. Starting his career life as a professional chef graduating from the Culinary Institute of America and the Le Cordon Bleu in Paris, France. Richard's talents were soon recognized, and he moved into the events industry, where he created and developed award-winning events. This expertise leads to training thousands of professionals on executing customer-driven events.

Deciding to broaden his experience, he joined a high-net-worth team at Merrill Lynch in Beverly Hills, California. After several years and learning how high net worth individuals wanted to interact and be treated. His interest grew in creating customer engagement experiences and continued how to deliver the ultimate in customer service. Richard moved to become a principal for companies training and delivering events for high net worth companies. Developing world-recognized training and marketing that changed how some industries handled customer engagement.

Richard now brings his expertise to the real estate industry here in the Coachella Valley. Utilizing his experience to assist clients in fulfilling their dreams, whether they be selling or buying, he brings forward the most important aspect of all. Taking care of his clients and providing them the ultimate customer service details, anticipating all their needs.

Robyn De Leonardis BIO:

Born and raised in Maui, Hawaii, Robyn practices the true meaning of Aloha in all she does. After spending a great deal of her professional life in the hospitality business opening hotels where she assisted some of the world's luxury hotels successfully design their systems to enable seamless customer experiences.

Taking this experience, Robyn continued to expand her expertise and joined a team managing one of Hollywood's fastest-growing innovators. From this experience, Robyn moved to her first exposure to the Real Estate industry, assisting in the Palos Verdes Board of Realtors. Her responsibilities provided her insights into how to best understand and deliver timely information to agents and their clients. Always practicing how we can all be better and provide the next level of customer service.

After moving back to the Coachella valley, Robyn has taken all of her experiences and now brings fresh new approaches to the real estate industry. Working with those clients looking to fulfill dreams whether they are selling or buying.
